What you will do:

  • Assist with spa software bookings in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Cover fitness reception and ensures that all collaterals are available.
  • Ensure mutual cooperation, proactive communication and adequate support to other departments within the Resort as well as other Four Seasons properties.
  • Proactively promote products, treatments, packages, membership offers and special current promotions.
