Be the warm, welcoming face of our spa. As our Spa Receptionist, you’ll create a serene first impression, manage bookings with grace, and ensure every guest feels pampered from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
  • Handle phone inquiries, walk-ins, and online bookings
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with therapists and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain a calm, clean, and inviting reception area

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
  • Calm demeanor and polished appearance
  • Previous experience in hospitality or wellness is a plus
  • Fluent in English and comfortable with basic computer systems
