Job Description
Job Purpose:
The primary objective is to ensure the effective and smooth functioning of HR operations by administering and coordinating tasks such as staff training & development, reward programs, monitoring attendance, managing HR records, administering software, performance evaluation, onboarding, addressing employee inquiries, processing visas, petty cash, insurance, and fulfilling various administrative requirements to comply with regulations and enhance overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment cycle records, hiring approvals, and onboarding checklists.
- Maintain full-time and part-time employee records for the University.
- Track performance evaluation cycles, KPI forms, and completion status.
- Organize training programs including schedules, rooms, attendance lists, and trainer coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee files in both physical storage and HR system and update HR content on the University website
- Monitor employee attendance, lateness, absences, and leave records.
- Support day-to-day HR operational activities.
- Coordinate employee engagement and recognition programs and petty cash related to HR activities, ensuring proper records and reconciliation.
- Prepare quarterly HR reports and ad-hoc reports as requested.
- Provide operational and administrative support.
Performance Criteria:
- Completion of the assigned tasks and projects.
- Completion of maintaining the files and documents are in order (physical and digital).
- Completion of updating the files, system, and website.
- Completion of HR day-to-day functions/processes.
- Completion of ad-hoc reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 1 – 2 years’ relevant experience
Competencies:
- Knowledge of HR processes and recordkeeping
- Effective Communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Labor Law
- Knowledge of computer programs and software
- Organizational and Administrative skills
- Project management
- Time management
- Knowledge in Academic Accreditation
