Reporting to the Deputy Boutique Manager, you will be part of the Watches and Fine Jewelry sales team within Mall of the Emirates twin boutique and will contribute to the development of sales by offering our clients the highest level of customer service.
Your main responsibilities are:
Client experience:
  • Create a luxurious experience for every client entering our boutique in line with Chanel’s exceptional services
  • Ensure clients are welcomed in warm, personalized and engaging manner in order to create strong relationships with them and encourage brand loyalty
  • Actively recruit new prospects from Fashion and convert to Watches and Fine Jewelry clients
  • Advise, guide and help clients by providing information on our collections
  • Set up lasting and trustful relationships with clients trough attentive, proactive and personalized clienteling actions
  • Handle aftersales cases with confidence, tact and discretion by providing suitable solutions
Boutique operations:
  • Ensure sales-related procedures are followed accurately
  • Participate in daily operational tasks relative to the running of the boutique
  • Check stock levels regularly, participate regularly in inventory management including cycle counts
  • Maintain the boutique according to current visual merchandising standards
  • Work effectively and efficiently with Fashion colleagues and management
You have 5 years of experience in a luxury Retail environment, preferably in Watches & Jewelry. You have a solid understanding of client service and operations in the boutique. You are passionate about Watches and Fine Jewelry and have a strong Fashion sensitivity. Your strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills will be real assets to succeed in this position.
English is a must, another language will be a plus.
