About the Role:

Starting in October 2026, we are seeking an exceptional and adaptable educator to lead a private learning pod for three children (ages 7, 8, and 9). This is a position focused on delivering high-quality instruction in Math, Reading, Writing, STEM, and Humanities. We utilize a core curriculum, but will rely on our educator to expertly tune the material to each child's individual capability and pace. We favor short, subject-alternating focus periods that align with developmental learning rhythms, moving away from rigid, long single-subject blocks.

Schedule & Location:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (20 hours/week)
  • Locations: Dubai Internet City and Jumeirah 3
  • Expected Start Date: October 2026

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction across core academic subjects (Math, Reading, Writing, STEM, Humanities).
  • Adapt provided curriculum frameworks to challenge and support a 7, 8, and 9-year-old simultaneously.
  • Guide students through independent work blocks (allowing the educator time for minor lesson prep during the session).
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the students' primary instructor (based in Europe), providing regular updates to ensure complete educational continuity.

Requirements:

  • Experience in primary education, private tutoring, or leading multi-age homeschool pods.
  • Exceptional ability to manage different learning levels in the same room
  • Excellent communication skills and a highly organized approach to daily academics
