We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Healthcare Call Center Representative to join our healthcare and wellness team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle patient inquiries professionally while promoting our medical, aesthetic, wellness, and healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
  • Follow up with leads and patients regarding treatments and services.
  • Provide accurate information about clinic services, offers, and doctors.
  • Handle WhatsApp, email, and social media inquiries when required.
  • Maintain patient records and update CRM systems accurately.
  • Manage complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist patients in selecting suitable treatments according to their needs and preferences.
  • Good personality and can contribute to clinic growth.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and patient satisfaction.

Requirements:
