We are looking for a dynamic, patient focused, and target driven professional with strong healthcare sales and patient relationship management experience. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in healthcare program sales, medical service consultation, patient conversion, and retention.

The Patient Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing the complete patient lifecycle, from initial inquiry and consultation coordination to treatment enrollment, follow up, feedback and long term patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert qualified patient inquiries, consultation and clinic prospects into treatment plans, programs, and service enrollments.
• Conduct patient consultations to understand needs and explain treatment options, benefits, pricing, and available healthcare solutions.
• Achieve monthly revenue and patient conversion targets through consultative healthcare sales.
• Manage patient leads received through calls, WhatsApp, social media channels, and other platforms with timely follow up.
• Guide patients throughout their treatment journey and ensure a seamless experience from consultation to post treatment follow up.
• Coordinate appointments, procedures, diagnostics, insurance approvals, and follow up visits.
• Build strong relationships with patients to improve satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Identify opportunities for cross selling and upselling relevant healthcare services, packages, and wellness programs.
• Explain treatment costs, insurance coverage, payment options, and financial responsibilities professionally.
• Maintain accurate patient records, interactions, and follow up activities in CRM and EMR systems.
• Coordinate closely with doctors, nurses, insurance, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Handle patient concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Support patient retention initiatives, feedback management, and service excellence programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, medical service coordination, patient counseling, or healthcare customer relationship management in UAE.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and converting healthcare leads into patients.
• Experience in hospitals, clinics, day surgery centers, aesthetic, wellness, or medical programs is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare services, patient journey management, and insurance processes.
• Experience with CRM, EMR, HIS, DHA and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication (Arabic Speaking Preffered), negotiation, and relationship building skills.
• Professional presentation with strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast paced healthcare environment and achieve performance targets.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.
• Presentable and confident personality Female Arabic Speaking applicant will be prefered.

Preferred Skills:

• Healthcare consultative sales experience.
• Strong follow up and lead conversion skills.
• Ability to explain medical information and treatment plans clearly.
• Strong problem solving and patient handling skills.
• Knowledge of DHA healthcare standards and patient confidentiality requirements.
• Arabic and English speaking female candidate will be preferred.
