Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure operational requirements are met.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures, quality standards, and healthcare regulations.
• Identify operational issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare operational reports and submit updates to management.
• Monitor the availability of supplies, equipment, and other operational resources.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Quality, and other departments as required.
• Assist in implementing policies, procedures, and improvement plans.
• Handle operational concerns and escalate significant issues to management.
• Monitor patient service standards and support improvements in patient satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and infection control requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in operations, preferably in a medical center or healthcare facility.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and operational standards is an advantage.

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
