Location: Al Quoz, near Silicon Central Mall

1. Pit StaffJob Responsibilities

• Assist in pit lane operations and track preparation
• Help customers and drivers before and after sessions
• Ensure all equipment and tools are properly arranged
• Support safety checks and operational procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pit area

Preferred Skills

• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Interest in cars, drifting, or motorsports is an advantage

2. HelperJob Responsibilities

• Assist the operations team with daily tasks
• Handle equipment setup and organization
• Keep the facility clean and ready for operations
• Support staff and customers when needed
• Help maintain a smooth workflow during events and busy hours

Preferred Skills

• Hardworking and reliable
• Flexible and willing to learn
• Can work efficiently in a team environment

3. Track MarshallJob Responsibilities

• Monitor safety around the track area
• Guide participants and manage track flow
• Ensure all safety rules are followed
• Quickly respond to incidents or emergencies
• Coordinate with the operations team during sessions and events

Preferred Skills

• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Confident communication skills
• Ability to stay alert in a fast-moving environment

Requirements

• Must be responsible and punctual
• Physically fit and able to work in an active environment
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and events if required
• Previous experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Training will be provided for selected candidates
