Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Cashier to join our juice shop team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing customer orders and payments accurately, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take customer orders and process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently.
  • Prepare receipts and handle refunds or exchanges according to company policy.
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance it at the end of each shift.
  • Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Assist customers with menu items, promotions, and general inquiries.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and juice preparation team to ensure accurate orders.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and company procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred.
