Full job description

A reputed luxury spa brand in Dubai is seeking a Spa Receptionist with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Our spas are located in 4–5 star hotels, and the selected candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
  • Check guests in and out of their appointments efficiently.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments via phone or in person.
  • Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date appointment system or software.
  • Provide information about spa services, treatments, and products.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Manage inventory of spa supplies and retail products.
  • Process payments (cash, credit cards, gift certificates).
  • Reconcile end‑of‑day receipts and ensure accurate accounting.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Promote spa services and products to guests.
  • Stay updated on spa treatments, services, and products to provide accurate information.
  • Follow up with guests post‑treatment for feedback and future bookings.

Spa Manager Requirements

  • Proficient in English and capable of achieving sales targets.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of spa experience in the UAE.
  • Highly confident and knowledgeable in marketing, sales offers, and promotions.
  • High school diploma (minimum).
  • Proven experience in spa management.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong management and leadership abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
