Job Purpose:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing operations for airport and large facility cleaning services, ensuring adherence to contractual, quality, and safety standards. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise daily operations of airport and large facility cleaning projects.
  • Ensure compliance with client contracts, SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and resources effectively.
  • Monitor KPIs, service levels, and ensure timely reporting to senior management.
  • Handle client escalations professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth operations.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Minimum 8 years experience in airport operations, facility management, or large-scale cleaning services.
  • Strong knowledge of FM operations, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.
