Job Title: Restaurant Team Member (Kitchen & Service)

Location: Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, Dubai

About the Role

Big T BBQ is looking for a hardworking and reliable Restaurant Team Member to join our team. This is not a job where you stay in one position all day. We are a small, fast-paced restaurant, and everyone works together. You may work in food preparation during the week and help in customer service during busy weekends. We will train you on all stations. If you enjoy learning, work well under pressure, and want to grow with a professional team, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Prepare salads, sides, and cold kitchen items - Assist with daily food preparation - Restock and organize kitchen stations - Help maintain cleanliness and food safety standards - Assist in the dining hall during busy service when required - Follow company SOPs and instructions carefully - Support other team members whenever needed

Requirements

- Hardworking and dependable - Able to work in a fast-paced environment - Positive attitude and willing to learn - Team player with good work ethic - Able to communicate in basic English (preferred) - Restaurant or kitchen experience is an advantage but not required - Physically fit and comfortable standing for long periods What We Offer - Full training on all work stations - Friendly and professional working environment - Opportunity to learn multiple skills -

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
