Position: Data Entry Encoder

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: AED 2,000 per month
Location: United Arab Emirates

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Encoder to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience working in a shopping mall environment and be able to accurately enter, update, and maintain company records.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data accurately into company systems.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required.
  • Coordinate with other departments for data collection.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information.
  • Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a shopping mall or retail environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and computer applications.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
