Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Fashion Sales Associate to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of fashion retail sales experience in the UAE
  • Experience selling shoes, slippers, bags, and fashion accessories
  • Must have good contacts with reliable UAE suppliers
  • Ability to support the Purchase Department in selecting and purchasing the right products
  • Good knowledge of UAE fashion trends and customer preferences
  • Strong sales, customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Responsible, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and achieve sales targets
  • Maintain attractive and organized product displays
  • Monitor stock levels, fast-moving products, and customer demand
  • Recommend suitable products, styles, quantities, and price ranges for purchasing
  • Coordinate with suppliers and support the Purchase Department
  • Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers

Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 3,000–4,000 per month, depending on experience and skills
