Full job description

The Sales Consultant, New Cars is responsible for actively selling products of the department meeting targets for the sale of vehicles, accessories and associated warranty, finance and insurance products
    To ensure Sales Consultant meets the SSI commitment set by the managementTo follow all steps of sales process ie prospecting, meeting and greeting, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, gaining commitment, closure and delivery and post-sales follow upTo ensure that documentation is as per the company policyTo liaise closely with other departments to complete the sales process
  • To report daily activities to the Sales Supervisor/Manager
    • To achieve sales targets on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis while maximizing profit gained from each transactionTo close maximum opportunities while maintaining and increasing existing customer baseTo assist customers with finance and insurance products as per customer requirementsTo follow-up with customers on timely basisTo participate in sales meetingsTo meet customer expectationsTo schedule follow up, delivery and new customer acquisition utilizing strong time managementTo assist customers in making the correct choice of vehicle and build loyalty by providing a personalized and tailored sales experience to each customerTo achieves SSI (Sales Satisfaction Index) targets by providing excellent customer serviceTo ensure accurate collection and submission of customer detailsTo build, grow and maintain good relationship with customersTo ensure smooth, clean and defect free delivery of sold vehicles as promised to customersOther related tasks as required

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelors / Diploma or equivalent in a related field

Work Experience

  • 2-3 years of sales experience in automobile or related industry
  • Preferred sales experience in EVs

Competencies

Computer proficient and should have good communication skills
