About Star Dawn

Star Dawn is a DET licensed construction and maintenance company based in Dubai. We build, and we take care of what we build, for residential compounds, apartment buildings, sports facilities and events. Our promise is simple: the standard, maintained.

We are growing our commercial team and looking for sales professionals who understand construction, know how to open doors, and want to grow with a company in its expansion phase.

What you will do

  • Find and win new business across residential compounds, buildings and towers, sports facilities and events
  • Build relationships with decision makers, including facility managers, community managers, property owners, owners' associations and procurement teams
  • Visit sites and meet clients face to face to understand their needs
  • Work closely with our engineering team, who handle scoping and technical pricing, to turn opportunities into signed projects
  • Manage your pipeline from first contact to close
  • Submit a daily report covering your activity, leads, market findings and the strongest opportunities you see

What we are looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in construction sales
  • Knowledge across different construction sectors, such as fit out, MEP, civil works and maintenance
  • Willingness to travel and relocate within the UAE as projects require
  • A hard working, resilient and driven approach, with comfort around targets and rejection
  • Strong communication skills in English, with Arabic as a plus
  • A valid UAE driving licence is preferred
