Red Castle Hotel in Sharjah is a 4-star resort known for providing personalized service and the best of comforts. The hotel offers a memorable vacation experience with a commitment to high-quality hospitality. Red Castle Hotel seeks to ensure guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay in a luxurious setting.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Agent located in Sharjah. The Reservations Agent will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing reservations, providing excellent customer service, and performing receptionist duties. The role includes answering phone calls, addressing guest inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
Experience in Reservations management and Customer Service
Proficiency in Receptionist Duties
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work on-site in Sharjah
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is beneficial
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
