Job Title: Restaurant Captain / Shift In-Charge

Job Type: Full-timeJob Description:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Restaurant Captain / Shift In-Charge to join our busy Arabic & Levantine restaurant team. The ideal candidate will supervise our front-of-house staff, coordinate seamlessly with our kitchen team, handle guest feedback, and ensure our guests receive a premium dining experience. Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog are required to effectively guide our diverse team and interact with our regular clientele.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain, Supervisor, or Senior Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume Arabic/Levantine restaurant environment.
- Demonstrated ability to directly supervise and lead a floor team of up to 10 staff members per shift.
- High proficiency in using standard restaurant management software, with specific experience in Micros, POSist, or Foodics POS systems.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and floor-management skills.
