Accountant (Part-Time, Remote)

We are a growing renovation company based in Dubai. We renovate apartments, villas, and townhouses, and we are building a professional team for long-term success.

We are looking for a reliable Accountant who enjoys keeping documents organized and accounting accurate. This is a Part-Time remote position with the opportunity to become a Full-Time in-house role as the company grows.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain company accounting records.
  • Prepare and check Invoices and Tax Invoices.
  • Collect and organize documents from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare VAT and Corporate Tax reports.
  • Process salaries through WPS.
  • Prepare bank payments after manager approval.
  • Review weekly documents from site supervisors.
  • Perform weekly bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare documents for audits.

Requirements

  • Accounting experience in the UAE.
  • Good knowledge of VAT, Corporate Tax, and WPS.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Responsible and organized.
  • Good English for working with documents and suppliers.

Work Format

  • Part-Time.
  • Fully remote.
  • Available during working hours.
  • One online meeting each week.
  • Payment preparation every Monday and Wednesday.
