Full job description

We are seeking for a Recruitment Manager to join our H.R team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, laboratory, and corporate positions.
  • Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand workforce requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, candidate assessments, and salary negotiations.
  • Track recruitment KPIs and prepare regular hiring reports.
  • Strengthen employer branding and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong experience in engineering, construction, laboratory, or technical recruitment is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED3,858.98 - AED22,872.01 per month
