Receptionist

Job Title: Receptionist (Female )
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will greet visitors, answer phone calls, handle administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Respond to emails and customer inquiries promptly.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and visitor appointments.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes where required.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Perform data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management.
  • Assist with office administration and provide support to other departments.
  • Order and monitor office supplies and stationery.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED7,000.00 per month
