Position: Medical Manager

Location: Dubai (travel across region as and when needed)

Job Summary:

Medac Pharma LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Manager to lead the medical affairs function. The role involves providing scientific and medical expertise, supporting marketing and sales teams with medical insights, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines, and engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs) to advance the company’s pharmaceutical portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medical Affairs & Scientific Support:
• Provide scientific and medical expertise on the company’s products and therapeutic areas.
• Support internal teams (sales, marketing, regulatory) with medical training and materials.
• Develop and deliver scientific presentations, medical education programs, and advisory board meetings.
• KOL & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
• Organize and participate in medical symposia, conferences, and industry events.
• Act as a scientific liaison between the company and external medical communities.
• Regulatory & Compliance:
• Ensure all medical and promotional activities comply with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.
• Review and approve medical content for promotional and educational materials.
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure product-related medical information is accurate and aligned with compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Medical degree (MD) or pharmacy graduate (B. Pharma or PharmD) or equivalent in life sciences.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years as medical affairs in GCC or MENA region or a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Skills: Strong scientific knowledge, excellent communication skills, ability to engage with KOLs and HCPs.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance frameworks in the region.
• Languages: Proficiency in English (Arabic is an added value).
