Medical Representative – OB/GYN

RDS Pharma is looking for an experienced and motivated Medical Representative to join our growing team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Women’s Health / Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN), excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Women’s Health / OB-GYN.
• Experience dealing with Gynecologists, Obstetricians, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
• Good knowledge of the UAE pharmaceutical/healthcare market is preferred.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE driving license and own car is preferred.
• Strong personality, professional appearance, and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and present the company's pharmaceutical and healthcare products to healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals.
• Visit assigned healthcare professionals regularly and professionally.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales and visit reports.
• Participate in product presentations, meetings, and promotional activities.
