We are looking for a skilled and experienced Shisha Maker to prepare and serve high-quality shisha to guests while maintaining excellent standards of presentation, hygiene, and customer service. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about different shisha flavors, preparation techniques, charcoal management, and guest preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve shisha according to the establishment’s standards and guest preferences.
• Recommend shisha flavors and combinations based on guest requirements.
• Ensure proper packing, heating, and maintenance of shisha throughout service.
• Safely handle and manage charcoal in accordance with health and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all shisha equipment, tools, and work areas.
• Regularly clean, inspect, and maintain shisha pipes, hoses, bowls, and accessories.
• Monitor shisha quality and replace or refresh charcoal when required.
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve basic service concerns.
• Maintain sufficient stock of tobacco, flavors, charcoal, and other shisha supplies.
• Follow all company policies, health and safety regulations, and applicable local requirements.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth and efficient guest service.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Shisha Maker, Shisha Specialist, or similar role.
• Good knowledge of shisha flavors, preparation methods, and equipment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of popular flavor combinations and premium shisha products.
• Ability to customize shisha based on individual guest preferences.
• Good knowledge of charcoal safety and handling.
• Hospitality or lounge/restaurant experience is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate in English; additional languages are a plus.
