About Us

CKC Technologies is the Dubai-based operations hub of a fast-growing UK-founded fintech group operating in the online trading and trader-funding space. We run digital products serving a global customer base, with functions spanning customer operations, marketing, compliance and technology. As we scale our Dubai presence, we're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help build and run our day-to-day operations.

The Role
You'll be the operational engine of the business — the person who makes sure the entire team is accountable, on track, and improving every week. You'll work directly with the founders and act as the bridge between leadership and the wider team.

What You'll Do

  • Own the weekly reporting cycle: design templates, collect reports from all team members, chase gaps, and surface insights to leadership
  • Drive task and worksheet accountability across the company — deadlines get hit on your watch
  • Review and quality-check SOPs before they're finalised; help build a documented, process-driven organisation
  • Propose and roll out workflow improvements, tooling, and integrations (Slack, project management, automation)
  • Support team performance reviews and help leadership deliver structured feedback
  • Research and evaluate software/vendors to optimise cost and productivity
  • Communicate announcements, follow-ups, and priorities clearly across a distributed team

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years in operations, project coordination, chief-of-staff, or team management roles
  • Relentlessly organised — you chase things until they're done, without being asked
  • Confident communicator who can hold a team accountable while keeping morale high
  • Comfortable with Slack, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, and project management tools; automation experience a plus
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-standards environment with direct founder access

What You Get

  • AED 7,500–10,000 base depending on experience, with performance-based earnings to AED 12,000
