Full job description

Primary duties include handling daily administrative tasks, serving refreshments to staff and guests, running internal and external errands, and ensuring the office space remains clean and hygienic.

Office Maintenance & Cleanliness

  • General Tidiness: Sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down desks, meeting tables, and office equipment.
  • Waste Management: Empty waste bins and shred confidential trash according to office hygiene and security standards.
  • Meeting Rooms: Arrange chairs, tables, and presentation equipment before meetings; clear and clean the room afterward.

Administrative Support

  • Document Handling: Assist with basic clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing paperwork.
  • Mail & Couriers: Sort, distribute, and collect incoming/outgoing mail, parcels, and important documents across different departments.
  • Supplies Inventory: Monitor and replenish standard office stationery (paper, pens, markers, toners)

Pantry

  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages (tea, coffee, water) to employees, management, and visitors.
  • Cleanliness: Wash and sanitize cups, glasses, and kitchen utensils; keep the pantry, coffee machines, and eating areas spotless.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
