Female Academic Counsellor

Company: OM Consultants
Location: Z2 Building, SAIF Zone, Sharjah (Near Gate No. 1)

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Female Academic Counsellor to support and improve student admissions through effective counselling. This is a non-sales role with no commission and no targets, focused on student guidance and admission support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students on academic programs and study options
  • Support and improve admissions through proper guidance and follow-ups
  • Assist with admission procedures, eligibility checks, and documentation
  • Handle student inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails)
  • Maintain accurate student and admission records

Preferred Languages:

  • English (mandatory)
  • Malayalam, Hindi (preferred)

Working Details:

  • Monday to Saturday | 8 hours per day
  • All major UAE public holidays

Salary:

  • AED 4,000 per month (Fixed)
  • No commission | No targets

Requirements:

  • Female candidates preferred
  • Experience preferred; freshers with good communication skills may apply
  • Basic computer skills
