About the Role

The North Land Institute of Training is seeking a results-driven International Student Recruitment Specialist to support the development of its South Asia market. The successful candidate will promote the institute’s programs, develop recruitment partnerships, generate qualified student leads, and support prospective students throughout the application and enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement student recruitment strategies for the South Asia market.
  • Identify and develop relationships with education agents, schools, colleges, universities, and other recruitment partners.
  • Promote The North Land’s programs through online and in-person recruitment activities.
  • Generate qualified student leads and achieve established application and enrolment targets.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students, parents, agents, and institutional partners.
  • Provide accurate information about programs, admission requirements, tuition fees, application procedures, and student services.
  • Guide prospective students through the application, admission, and enrolment process.
  • Organize and deliver presentations, webinars, information sessions, and agent training.
  • Represent The North Land at education fairs, recruitment events, partner meetings, and promotional activities.
  • Follow up with prospective students and recruitment partners to improve application and enrolment conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of leads, applications, follow-up activities, and recruitment results.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prospective-student needs.
  • Prepare regular recruitment reports and recommend strategies for improving results.
  • Work closely with the Admissions, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Ensure that recruitment activities comply with the institute’s policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, education, communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in international student recruitment, education consulting, admissions, sales, or business development.
  • Knowledge of the South Asia education market and international student recruitment channels.
  • Experience establishing and managing relationships with education agents and institutional partners is preferred.
  • Strong sales, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and achieve recruitment or sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a multicultural team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM or student-management systems.
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills relevant to the South Asia market are considered an asset.
  • Willingness to attend recruitment events outside regular working hours and travel when required.
