We are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a welcoming patient experience.
- Manage patient appointments and registration.
- Handle telephone and email inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations.
