We're Hiring: Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives through strategic planning, stakeholder management, and collaboration with external marketing agencies. This role is ideal for someone who excels at driving marketing performance without directly managing an in-house marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the business and external marketing agencies.
• Manage agency performance, campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the planning and execution of digital and offline marketing activities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Coordinate marketing projects across multiple departments and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare reports and presentations on campaign performance for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a strategic or managerial capacity.
• Proven experience working with and managing external marketing agencies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, content marketing, and campaign management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is an advantage.
• Flexibility to travel within GCC countries when required.

Pay: From AED20,000.00 per month
