We are hiring experienced Waiters / Waitresses to join a luxury 5-star hotel in Dubai. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with strong customer service, fine dining, and hotel F&B experience who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service in a luxury hotel restaurant
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve food and drinks following 5-star hotel service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle requests professionally
- Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and service presentation
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Follow hotel SOPs, UAE hygiene regulations, and safety standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays
UAE Eligibility & Compliance
- Must be eligible to work in the UAE (employment visa provided or transferable)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a UAE Food Handler / Health Card
- Compliance with UAE Labour Law and luxury hotel grooming policies
