Medical Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute effective sales calls to physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and key accounts.
• Provide accurate, company-approved product information and promote the company's products to generate prescriptions, increase product awareness, and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, healthcare providers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Execute approved marketing campaigns and product detailing activities.
• Develop existing accounts and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and provide market feedback and recommendations to management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, product usage, orders, and follow-up activities, and submit daily call reports, weekly work plans, and territory performance reports.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continuous learning and contribute to overall team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience is preferred.
• Good relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and target-driven.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Age: Not more than 30 years.

Pay: AED100.00 - AED13,539.03 per month
