Job Opportunity: Junior Travel Consultant – Dubai

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic Fresh Graduates / Entry-Level Candidates to join our growing team based in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai. If you are passionate about travel, customer service, and eager to launch your career in the tourism industry, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Assistance: Assist clients with travel planning, including flights, hotels, transportation, and customized tour packages.
  • Expert Advice: Provide clear information on destinations, international visa requirements, and travel insurance.
  • Booking & Operations: Efficiently handle inbound booking inquiries, prepare pricing quotations, and manage reservations.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive, friendly connections with clients and travel partners.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on global travel trends, airline policies, and upcoming tourism developments.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience Level: Strictly Freshers / Entry-Level candidates only. No prior experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided!
  • Learning Agility: Must be a fast learner who can quickly absorb training on booking systems, airline policies, and destination facts.
  • Availability: Must be able to start immediately.
  • Flexibility: Must be fully willing and able to work on a rotational shifting schedule (including morning, day, and night shifts) and willing to work on weekends as required by business operations.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred (but not mandatory).
  • Attributes: High attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Location: Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), Dubai
  • Work Location: In person (Office-based)
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Shifts: Rotational (Morning, Day, Night, and Weekend shifts)
  • Salary Budget: AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 per month (Please apply only if this budget aligns with your expectations).
