Join our prestigious luxury jewelry brand, renowned for its exquisite craftsmanship and timeless elegance. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Sales Consultant to elevate our client experience and drive business growth within our exclusive showroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional luxury selling experience by leveraging in-depth product knowledge and refined interpersonal skills.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales targets, contributing to overall business success.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through personalized service, maintaining a strong client book and ensuring repeat business.
  • Provide expert advice on product heritage, materials (diamonds, gemstones), and trends within the luxury market.
  • Handle after-sales service with professionalism, adhering to repair, return, and follow-up procedures to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Represent the brand with poise and elegance, embodying its values in every client interaction.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years in luxury retail, preferably in fine jewelry sales, with extensive knowledge of diamonds and gemstones.
  • Passion for Luxury: Genuine enthusiasm for luxury jewelry, craftsmanship, and client experience.
  • Sales Excellence: Strong track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
  • Customer-Centric: Exceptional service and communication skills, with the ability to anticipate and exceed client needs.
