Full job description

We are seeking a reliable, flexible, and highly responsible Guest Services and Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our holiday homes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, including during late-night and early-morning hours. This role requires availability on weekends, public holidays, and at short notice when operational needs arise. Check-ins may occasionally take place as early as 4:00 a.m.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and manage guest check-ins and check-outs professionally and efficiently.

* Coordinate with the housekeeping company before each guest check-in to ensure that the property is fully cleaned, prepared, inspected, and ready for arrival.

* Coordinate with the housekeeping company immediately after guest check-out to arrange cleaning, linen replacement, replenishment of supplies, and preparation for the next booking.

* Follow up on housekeeping schedules and report any delays, damages, missing items, maintenance concerns, or cleanliness issues to management.

* Remain flexible and available for late-night, early-morning, weekend, and public-holiday assignments.

* Respond promptly to urgent guest or property-related requirements.

* Travel between properties and other locations as required.

* Carry out external administrative and operational tasks, including cheque deposits, document collection and delivery, purchasing supplies, and other company-related errands.

* Support the operations team with property inspections, key handovers, and guest assistance.

* Maintain a professional, polite, and helpful attitude when dealing with guests, property owners, housekeeping teams, suppliers, and service providers.

* Provide timely updates and reports to management regarding completed tasks and any operational issues.

Requirements

* Must own a reliable car and hold a valid driving licence.

* Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

* Strong communication, coordination, and customer-service skills.

* Reliable, punctual, organised, and able to work independently.

* Good knowledge of local roads and areas.

* Ability to handle confidential documents, payments, keys, and company property responsibly.

* Previous experience in holiday homes, hospitality, property management, guest services, or housekeeping coordination is preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
