Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update product, stock, purchase, sales, and inventory data.
  • Maintain accurate records in the POS/ERP system.
  • Enter and verify GRN, GRV, purchase invoices, credit notes, and stock adjustments.
  • Check product prices, quantities, item codes, and descriptions for accuracy.
  • Update stock movement and inventory records on a daily basis.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Identify and correct data entry errors and discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing, warehouse, accounts, and supermarket teams.
  • Maintain proper filing of physical and electronic documents.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company information.
  • Perform other administrative and data entry duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in data entry, supermarket, retail, inventory, or administration preferred.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with POS/ERP or inventory management software will be an advantage.
  • Candidates with supermarket/retail experience will be preferred.
