Human Resources Specialist (Real Estate)

About Us

We are a growing real estate brokerage in Dubai with a team of over 20 agents and ambitious expansion plans. We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist who understands the Dubai real estate market and can support our recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate brokers, sales consultants, and support staff.
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-performing agents.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and probation periods.
• Support training and development initiatives.
• Coordinate visa, labor, and HR documentation processes.
• Assist management in building a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Prepare HR reports and recruitment performance metrics.
• Handle employee relations and HR-related inquiries.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE.
• Previous experience in a real estate company is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate industry and broker recruitment.
• Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting real estate agents in Dubai.
• Existing network within the real estate industry.
• Knowledge of CRM and HR management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
