About the Role

We are looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic & Packaging Designer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining our brand identity across all visual materials, with a strong focus on packaging design, branding, and marketing assets.

This role requires someone who is proactive, innovative, and able to bring fresh ideas to improve our products and visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop premium packaging for our products.
• Create logos, brand identities, and visual concepts.
• Design marketing materials for print and digital platforms.
• Develop product labels, boxes, wrapping papers, bags, stickers, inserts, and other packaging components.
• Produce social media graphics, advertising creatives, banners, and promotional materials.
• Prepare production-ready artwork for printing.
• Create mock-ups and product presentations.
• Ensure consistency across all branding and visual communications.
• Research market trends and propose innovative packaging and branding ideas.
• Collaborate with suppliers and printers to ensure high-quality production.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in branding and packaging design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, and creative design work.
• Excellent attention to detail and typography.
• Strong understanding of printing processes, color management, dielines, and packaging production.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Software & Technical Skills

Candidates should have strong proficiency in:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Adobe Lightroom
• Adobe After Effects (preferred)
• Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred)
• Adobe Dimension or Adobe Substance 3D (preferred)
• Figma
• Canva Pro
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Microsoft Excel (basic)
• Microsoft Word

Additional skills considered a plus:

• Blender
• Cinema 4D
• Sketch
• Procreate
• AI-powered design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 6,000 per month
