About the Role

The North Land is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This position will be responsible for creating engaging visual content and marketing materials that support the company’s branding, digital marketing, promotional campaigns, and business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a strong sense of visual design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to transform ideas and business requirements into professional and engaging creative materials across both digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design professional marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, advertisements, and other corporate materials.
• Create engaging graphics and visual content for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand identity and visual standards across all company materials.
• Create social media graphics and campaign assets for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Design website graphics, landing-page assets, icons, and other digital materials as required.
• Support marketing campaigns by developing creative concepts and producing campaign materials.
• Edit and enhance photos and other visual assets for marketing and promotional use.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate design specifications for printed materials when required.
• Work closely with management, marketing, and other team members to understand project requirements and translate concepts into effective visual solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines.
• Review designs carefully to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality presentation.
• Maintain organized files and an accessible library of design assets, templates, and brand materials.
• Stay current with graphic design, digital marketing, and social media trends.
• Perform other design and marketing-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Previous professional experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills across digital and/or print media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Canva or similar design platforms.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, branding, colour, and visual composition.
• Experience creating graphics for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, polished work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.

Assets

The following experience would be considered an asset:

• Video editing and motion graphics.
• Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Photography and photo editing.
• Website or UI/UX design.
• Experience working with education, training, professional services, or international markets.
• Knowledge of digital advertising and social media marketing.
