Graphic Designer – Retail (UAE Based)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with retail industry experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines and support marketing, in-store promotions, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design in-store branding materials such as banners, posters, window displays, and signage
• Create digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and website
• Work closely with the marketing, VM (Visual Merchandising), and retail teams to execute campaigns
• Adapt global brand guidelines into localized UAE market creatives
• Develop seasonal campaign concepts and promotional materials
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all touchpoints
• Coordinate with printers and vendors for production of marketing materials
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight retail deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in retail / fashion / B2C industry
• Must be currently based in the UAE
• Strong portfolio showcasing retail campaigns and branding work
• Proficiency in design tools:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Knowledge of social media creatives & digital design trends
• Understanding of printing processes and materials
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in fashion retail brands
• Basic knowledge of video editing (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
• Familiarity with Arabic typography (added advantage)
