Job Title: Overseas Medical Referral Coordinator(OMR Coordinator)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized OMR Coordinator to join our team. Experience in handling international patients and coordinating with multicultural clients is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain patient medical records accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate OMR/documentation processes across departments.
• Handle patient registration, file updates, and medical documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, insurance teams, and administrative staff.
• Assist international patients with documentation and appointment coordination.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
• Maintain proper digital and physical record systems.
• Follow up on missing information and ensure timely updates of records.
• Prepare reports and support audits when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Healthcare Administration, Medical Records, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in medical records or healthcare coordination.
• Familiarity with insurance and international patient processes.
• Experience handling international patients is mandatory.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management systems.
• Proficient with excel reporting to management
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality practices.
