This is a full-time on-site role at City Première Marina Deluxe Hotel Apartments. The role involves task such as managing reservations, process check-ins and check-outs, handle payments, and resolve complaints. He will handle guest queries, and ensure a seamless experience for our guests.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willing to be relocated & start immediately
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Has the ability to work well with others
