Full job description

We're looking for an experienced Visa Processing Officer/ Operations Executive / Documentation Controller with a strong background in visa processing, documentation, and case management. If you have hands-on experience handling immigration applications and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements:
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in an immigration consultancy (Mandatory)
✔ Hands-on experience processing visa applications for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Europe
✔ Strong knowledge of visa documentation, application preparation, and compliance
✔ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple client files and meet deadlines
✔ Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Languages:

  • Arabic
  • Hindi
  • Tagalog

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and reviewing visa applications
  • Managing client documentation and case files
  • Coordinating with clients for pending documents
  • Ensuring applications are complete, accurate, and submitted on time
  • Liaising with consultants and legal teams throughout the application process
  • Maintaining proper records and providing regular case updates
