Eterna International is a global leader in residency and citizenship planning. We are expanding our footprint in the Middle East and are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive our B2B growth strategy in Dubai.
Role Overview:
As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing a network of agents and strategic partners across the region who will actively promote and sell Eterna’s investment migration products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a clear B2B business development strategy for the UAE and wider GCC.
- Identify and engage with immigration consultants, wealth managers, family offices, and other professional intermediaries.
- Build long-term relationships with agent partners, offering training, marketing support, and ongoing performance management.
- Represent Eterna International at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in the region.
- Achieve monthly targets for agent sign-ups and revenue generation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in immigration, investment services, or luxury real estate.
- Strong existing network within the UAE or broader GCC region.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with channel partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
