Capytech — a Dubai-based e-learning company (12+ years, building custom learning for UAE government entities, luxury brands and Fortune 500s) — is hiring a Sales Associate.

This is a genuine sales seat, not a lead-list grind. You'd run simpler sales cycles independently and support our BD Manager on the bigger, more complex deals — building your own book as you go, with a clear path to Account Executive.

What you'd own

  • Qualifying, nurturing and closing warm inbound leads from our Articulate partnership
  • Outbound re-engagement of old/churned leads across email, phone, LinkedIn and WhatsApp
  • Fast qualify/disqualify on incoming RFP leads
  • Supporting the BD Manager on proposals, follow-ups, client calls and handover to delivery

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and CRM tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication, well organised, self-motivated
  • Nice to have: Arabic, or familiarity with LMS / e-learning

The offer (kept transparent up front)

  • AED 6,000/month base + uncapped performance incentives — realistic OTE around AED 8,000/month
  • Hybrid working (office + home), hands-on mentorship, high-profile clients, structured path to Account Executive
