Role Summary

We are seeking a Games Arcade Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing arcade games, amusement machines, and bowling machines. The role ensures all equipment is safe, fully operational, and provides an excellent guest experience. This position combines technical troubleshooting with basic customer support when machines are not functioning correctly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on arcade video games, redemption games, simulators, bowling machines, and related equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and basic electronic faults, including coin mechanisms, ticket dispensers, sensors, and game controls.
  • Install new machines, update software and game settings, and ensure correct calibration and configuration.
  • Maintain tools, spare parts inventory, and accurate maintenance logs with proper documentation of all work performed.
  • Respond promptly to machine breakdowns during operating hours to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Ensure all machines and work practices comply with company policies, safety standards, and arcade regulations.
  • Support the operations team by providing basic guidance on machine usage and simple troubleshooting when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience as an Arcade/Games Technician or in a similar technical role (mandatory).
  • Diploma or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of basic electronics, wiring, and the use of testing tools such as multimeters and hand tools.
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals, diagrams, and safety instructions.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet, lifting equipment, and accessing confined or tight spaces when necessary.
  • Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage in the UAE work environment.
