Full job description
Newton Group of Companies is looking for an experienced and qualified Contract / Part-Time Trainer to deliver healthcare and social care training programs.
We are particularly looking for trainers who can confidently teach Caregiving, Nursing Assistant, and Diploma in Health and Social Care programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and practical training for Caregiving programs.
- Conduct training for Nursing Assistant courses.
- Deliver classes for Diploma in Health and Social Care programs.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, activities, and assessments.
- Provide practical demonstrations and guide students through relevant skills.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and student performance records.
- Ensure training is delivered according to the course curriculum and learning objectives.
- Support students with academic guidance and clarification when required.
- Participate in workshops, assessments, and other academic activities as required.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Nursing, Healthcare, Health and Social Care, Caregiving, or a related field.
- Previous teaching or training experience in healthcare or social care is preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of caregiving and nursing assistant skills.
- Ability to deliver both theoretical and practical training.
- Good English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Professional, reliable, and committed approach to training.
