Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day activities of interior fit-out projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project communication and execution
• Prepare, track, and update project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
• Assist Project Managers in procurement, material tracking, and vendor coordination
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, RFIs, and submittals
• Monitor site progress and flag any delays, risks, or quality issues to the Project Manager
• Organize and attend project meetings; prepare minutes of meeting and follow up on action items
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards on all project sites
• Support invoicing, procurement, and payment follow-ups related to project costs
• Any other task assigned by the Operation Manager.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably within the interior design, fit-out, or construction industry (IS A MUST)
• Solid understanding of fit-out processes, project lifecycles, and construction terminology
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and AutoCAD (preferred)
