What Will You Be Doing in the Driver’s Seat?

  • Plan and coordinate vehicle deliveries, transfers, and pickups.
  • Monitor vehicle movements between yards, dealerships, and customers.
  • Optimize transportation schedules to reduce delays and costs.
  • Coordinate with transport companies, drivers, and agents.
  • Track vehicle locations and status using logistics systems.
  • Supervise logistics coordinators, drivers, yard staff, and support personnel.
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
  • Train employees on logistics procedures and safety requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
  • Liaise with sales, service, procurement, and warehouse departments.
  • Resolve transportation and delivery issues promptly.
  • Coordinate vehicle inspections before dispatch and upon receipt.
  • Ensure proper documentation for vehicle movements.
  • Prepare logistics performance reports and KPIs.
  • Track delivery timelines, transportation costs, and driver utilization.

What’s Under the Hood?

  • 2–5 years of UAE experience in automotive logistics, fleet operations, or transportation management.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
  • Cost management experience.
  • Logistics management expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Multitasking experience with full ownership.
  • Positive attitude toward stakeholders and customers.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.
