Hiring: Part-Time Dental Receptionist – UAE

A leading dental clinic in the UAE is looking for a young, energetic, confident, and customer-focused female receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle patient calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
• Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and remind them about upcoming visits.
• Clearly explain dental services and treatment plans to patients.
• Support the clinic's sales by promoting services and encouraging patients to continue their treatment.
• Provide a welcoming, friendly, and professional front-desk experience.
• Use of social media platform to promote Clinic

Requirements:

• Female candidate, young, presentable, and confident.
• Fluent in English; Tagalog is an advantage.
• Friendly, persuasive, and excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in a dental clinic, healthcare facility, customer service, or sales role is preferred.
• Must currently be living in the UAE.
• Available to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings or weekends.
