Arabic Tele sales – Medical & Aesthetic Center

Glow Up Medical Center is seeking experienced and motivated Arabic Tele sales to join our growing team. Candidates with previous experience in medical centers, aesthetic clinics, or healthcare customer service are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about the center's services and treatments.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
• Explain treatment options, promotions, and special offers clearly and professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Achieve monthly booking and conversion targets.
• Update and maintain patient records within the CRM system.

Requirements:

• ARABIC NATIONALITY IS MANDATORY
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a call center role within a medical center, aesthetic clinic, or healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English ( spoken and written )
• Strong customer service orientation and professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Good computer and CRM skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
