Full job description

We are seeking two experienced and professional Restaurant Captain to join our Arabic restaurant team in the UAE. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in Middle Eastern dining service and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe and coordinate the service team on the restaurant floor.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality customer service.
  • Welcome and attend the guests in a professional and friendly manner .
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
  • Guide and support waiters and junior staffs.
  • Ensure tables are properly set and service standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and management to ensure timely service.
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and restaurant presentation standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain in a Middle Eastern restaurant is highly preferred.
  • Experience within the UAE hospitality industry, in alcohol service and in handling alcoholic beverages.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Arabic language is a MUST.
  • English is required only for communication with non-Arabic speaking guests.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
