Sales Executive | B2B Energy Sales | Business Bay, Dubai | Basic Salary Plus Weekly Commission

You are good at sales. So why does your payslip disagree?

There are thousands of salespeople in Dubai right now doing everything right. Hitting the phones. Closing deals. Carrying entire teams. And still getting paid like they are doing someone a favour.

Commission only contracts. Basics that vanish the moment you miss target. Leads that dried up months ago. Managers who talk about progression but promote whoever shouts loudest.

If that sounds familiar, keep reading. This is not another one of those adverts.

Who we are

Eco Save Pay is an established UK commercial energy brokerage. We help British business owners compare and secure better energy contracts, and we have built a serious sales operation in Business Bay to do it.

What we need now are experienced salespeople who already live in Dubai and are ready to be paid properly for what they are already good at.

What you will actually be doing

This is outbound sales done professionally. You will be speaking with UK business owners over the phone from our Business Bay office. No field sales. No door knocking. No chasing people around a mall with a clipboard.

Your day looks like this. You call decision makers, build genuine rapport, and take the time to understand what their business actually needs. You compare commercial energy contracts on their behalf, present the right option, and close the business. You keep the CRM updated and you work towards clear individual and team targets.

If you have sold in telecoms, real estate, recruitment, insurance, utilities, merchant services, forex, finance or any B2B sales environment, you already have the core skills. We will teach you the energy market. Full training is provided from day one, with ongoing coaching that continues long after your first month.

What you will receive

Who we are looking for

You already live in Dubai. That part is non negotiable, because this is an office based role and we want people who can start without complications.

British nationals are preferred for this role. You will be speaking with UK business owners all day, and familiarity with the British market, culture and way of doing business makes a genuine difference on these calls.

Beyond that, you have previous sales experience and you are confident on the phone. You might currently be a Sales Executive, Sales Advisor, Sales Consultant, Business Development Executive or Account Manager. The title matters less than the mindset.

You are target driven and you enjoy earning commission, but you have reached the point where you also want stability. You want to know your rent is covered and your commission is upside, not survival. You thrive in competitive environments, you communicate brilliantly, and you are looking for long term career progression rather than another six month sales job you will leave off your CV.
