We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Male Receptionist (Arabic Speaker) to join our luxury wellness destination in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a luxury hotel, premium spa, wellness club, or high-end hospitality environment in the UAE and be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
• Manage guest check-ins, reservations, appointments, and inquiries efficiently.
• Handle incoming calls, and emails inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about the facility, memberships, treatments, wellness experiences, and other services.
• Coordinate closely with the Guest Experience, Spa, Banya, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Process payments, maintain accurate guest records, and operate the booking/POS system.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain the reception and lobby area to the highest luxury hospitality standards.
• Support day-to-day front office and administrative operations.

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written); additional languages, particularly Russian, are an advantage.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office professional in a luxury hotel, premium spa, wellness club, or upscale hospitality brand within the UAE.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using hotel, spa, or hospitality booking/POS systems is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE and available for a face-to-face interview.
