PUNX is looking for a talented Middle East Transcription & Voice-Over Specialist to join our creative team and help us produce authentic, engaging content for Middle Eastern audiences.

This role is for someone who understands that great localization is more than just translating words — it’s about making the content sound natural, culturally relevant, and authentic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review Middle East-related videos, scripts, audio files, and other content for language accuracy and natural delivery.
• Transcribe Arabic and English audio accurately, including regional terms, expressions, and dialogue.
• Review and validate Gulf, Emirati/UAE, Saudi, and other Middle Eastern dialects.
• Perform voice-over recordings with clear pronunciation, natural accent, appropriate tone, emotion, and pacing.
• Read and deliver scripts naturally, adapting the voice and delivery depending on the character, situation, or type of content.
• Identify incorrect translations, unnatural wording, pronunciation issues, and dialect inconsistencies.
• Provide voice-over direction and recommendations to the creative team when adjustments are needed.
• Review AI-generated voice-overs and identify issues with pronunciation, accent, tone, pacing, or dialect authenticity.
• Ensure voice-over content sounds natural and culturally appropriate for the intended Middle Eastern audience.
• Collaborate with the creative, content production, and animation teams to refine scripts and voice-over outputs.

Requirements:

• Native or highly proficient in Arabic, preferably with strong knowledge of Gulf, Emirati, and Saudi dialects.
• Excellent pronunciation, diction, reading, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to perform voice-over and character/dialogue delivery with natural emotion and expression.
• Able to adjust tone, pacing, accent, and vocal style based on the content or character.
• Strong understanding of the differences between Modern Standard Arabic and regional dialects.
• Experience in voice-over, transcription, localization, translation, content production, or media is an advantage.
• Comfortable reviewing and working with AI-generated scripts, translations, and voice-over content.
• Highly detail-oriented and able to identify subtle language and pronunciation issues.
• Must be comfortable recording voice samples and working remotely with the production team.

Ideal Candidate:A native or highly proficient Arabic speaker who understands how people actually speak across the Gulf and Middle East, and who can both review language accurately and deliver convincing, natural voice-over performances for different types of content and characters.

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
