Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Oversight: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise service and kitchen crew.
  • Guest Relations: Welcome them, monitor service quality, and resolve complaints quickly.
  • Operations: Handle opening and closing duties, manage cash flow, and run shifts smoothly.
  • Inventory & Ordering: Track stock levels, order supplies, and manage vendor invoices.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce local health, hygiene, and safety regulations.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or a degree in hospitality.
  • 2 to 5 years of food and beverage or supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
